Mr. Mamary is a 33-year-old married man and the father of two children. He lives with his wife and children in a traditional family in the Hérémakono-Nord district of Bougouni. After secondary schooling culminating in a degree in accounting, he still had no job for years. He attempted several businesses, especially selling steers, sheep, and goats but unsuccessfully. So he decided to become interested in the buying and selling of cloth, which was successful for him. With four years of experience, he has a mastery of this work, which he learned from a friend.

Concerned about satisfying his burgeoning customer base, he decided to collaborate with the microfinance institution Soro Yiriwaso. He is now on his fourth loan. The three previous loans were indeed paid back.

With this new loan, Mr. Mamary intends to purchase 20 lengths of cloth. He gets his supplies of cloth from Burkina. He makes his sales in Bougouni to a mixed customer base in different districts of Bougouni.

With this loan, he plans on making a monthly profit of 75,000 francs CFA that will be use to repay the loan and to cover family expenses.

Monsieur Mamary est un homme marié de 33 ans et père de 2 enfants. Il vit avec sa femme et ses enfants dans une famille traditionnelle dans le quartier Hérémakono-Nord de Bougouni.
Après les études secondaires sanctionnées par un Diplôme en Comptabilité, il est resté pendant des années sans emploi.
Il a tenté plusieurs activités notamment la commercialisation de boeufs, de moutons et de chèvres mais sans réussite alors, il décida de s’intéresser aux activités d’achat et de vente de tissus qui lui a réussie.
Avec une expérience de 4 ans il maîtrise son activité qu’il a appris auprès de son ami.
Dans le souci de satisfaire sa clientèle de plus en plus croissante il décida de collaborer avec Soro Yiriwaso. Il est à son quatrième prêt et les trois prêts précédents ont été bien remboursés.
Avec ce nouveau prêt Mamary compte acheter, 20 pièces de tissus. Il s’approvisionne en tissus au Burkina et la vente se fait à Bougouni à une clientèle mixte dans les différents quartiers de Bougouni.
Avec ce prêt, Mamary compte réaliser un bénéfice mensuel de 75.000 FCFA qui sera utiliser pour rembourser le prêt et subvenir aux dépenses de la famille.
