Hector is 22 years old. He is a fisherman abd lives on on island in Lake Titicaca. It is a touristy area in the departament of La Paz, where they offer artisanal crafts made from totora and wool. Most of the residents in this area work in fishing and tourism. This is his first loan cycle with the institution. Hector is going to use this loan to buy a bigger fishing boat. He sells his fish in the city of La Paz. With this new boat, he wants to increase his production and thus meet the demand of his customers. Hector faces challenges in his business, such as the wind, which makes waves that don't allow him to fish. Hector is a person who wants to get ahead. He is happy with and grateful to the institution for the support it has offered, since this is his only source of income to support himself.
El Sr. Hector tiene 22 años, el es pescador el vive en una isla Del lago Titicaca, centro turístico del departamento de La Paz donde ofrecen al público artesanías de totoras y en lana, la mayoría de los habitantes de esta isla se dedican a la pesca y el turismo, este préstamo es su primera secuencia dentro de la institución, el Sr. Hector va a usar este préstamo para la compra de una bote pesquero de mayor capacidad su mercadería producto de su pesca lo venden en la ciudad de La Paz y con este nuevo bote quiere incrementar su producción y así satisfacer la demandada de sus clientes, Hector enfrenta retos en su negocio que son el viento que no le permite pescar por el olaje que levanta, Hector es una persona con ganas de superación se siente feliz y agradecido con la institución por el apoyo brindado ya que esta es la única fuente de ingresos que tiene para mantenerse.
