El grupo Arcoiris lo conforman tres personas trabajadoras y emprendedoras una de ellas es Rosibel quien se dedica a la venta de ropa desde hace 4 años. Ella invertirá el crédito en pantalones, blusas, camisetas y camisas con el fin de salir adelante.
Las otras integrantes son Marlene quien tiene un cafetín desde hace 10 años en una de las universidades de Managua y Aura vende sandalias y tortillas hace 11 años.
