Maria is a 44-year-old married woman and a mother of six children from Talibon, Bohol, Philippines. She is engaged in a fish vending business since her husband is a fisherman. They have been in this business for more than 20 years now.
Maria is asking for a loan worth 5,000 PHP to buy fishing nets and fuel for the fishing boat. With them, her husband will be able to increase his catch thus giving them more chance of increasing their sales and profit.
In the future, Maria hopes of expanding their business and trying on other ventures. Moreover, she wants to continue to send her children to school for better learning and a bright future.
