The father of a 6-year-old child, Vilagnon is married and works at selling secondhand clothing (outfits and shoes for men and women) in his store. Vilagnon is 27 years old and has been in this business since 2007. He is requesting his second loan from our institution to purchase merchandise and to increase his market share. This will enable him to open an annex store. He plans on sending his children to Europe for school.

Il compte envoyer ses enfants en Europe pour les études.
