However, due to her lack of capital she has to wait until a customer brings in cloth for sewing; there are often periods without customers and that is not profitable. Therefore, she is requesting this loan which will allow her to buy traditional "pagne" cloths and small sewing equipment, which she will make into outfits to resell. This will increase both her customer base and her profits.
The profit generated will help her to develop her business, and also to meet her family's living expenses.
