Cirila Lourdes
Cirila is a 51-year old woman who lives in the city of Cañete in the Imperial district with her husband and 4 children, who she loves and who are her main reason for being. She is a friendly, hard-working and enthusiastic person who, together with her husband, dedicates all her efforts to getting the family ahead. Cirila has always been a fighter, and has worked since a young girl to support her parents. Sadly, she was not able to pursue a professional career, but she would have liked very much to do so.

With great effort, enthusiasm, and thanks to the support of her family, Cirila started a small business selling vegetables several years ago. She has a small space in the central market of her city, and starts work very early in the morning. She can work approximately 10 hours per day, and thinks that things are going well thanks to her dedication and the friendly service she offers customers. Cirila is very grateful for the Kiva loans since, thanks to their help, she will be able to buy merchandise for her store such as: pumpkins, lemons, onions, potatoes, and tomatoes, among other items.

The purchases will help Cirila supply her business better, which she hopes will augment her income. This will serve her in expanding her business in the near future, and to achieve her great dream of seeing her sons become professionals and good men.

Cirila es una mujer de 51 años, vive en la ciudad de Cañete, en el distrito de Imperial con su esposo y sus 4 hijos, a quienes ama y son su principal razón, ella es una persona muy amable trabajadora y entusiasta, que junto con su esposo dedican todos sus esfuerzos por sacar adelante a su familia, Cirila siempre ha sido una mujer luchadora, que ha trabajado desde niña para apoyar a sus padres, lamentablemente no pudo estudiar una carrera profesional, pero le hubiera gustado mucho poder hacerlo.
Con mucho empeño, entusiasmo y gracias al apoyo de su familia, desde hace varios años Cirila puso en marcha su pequeño negocio de venta de verduras, ella cuenta con un pequeño espacio en el mercado central de su ciudad, todos los días desde tempranas horas de la mañana inicia su labor, ella puede trabajar un aproximado de 10 horas diarias y cree que le va bien por su dedicación y por el trato amable que brinda a sus clientes.
Cirila se encuentra muy agradecida con los prestatarios Kiva, ya que gracias a la ayuda brindada podrá realizar la compra de mercadería para su negocio, tales como: zapallos, limón, cebollas, papa, tomate, entre otros; de esta manera Cirila tendrá mejor abastecido su negocio, con ello espera poder aumentar sus ventas e incrementar sus ingresos económicos, los cuales le servirán de mucho para que en un futuro no muy lejano pueda ampliar su negocio y con ello lograr su gran sueño de ver a sus hijos convertidos en profesionales y en hombres de bien.
