Triunfadoras Leales De Motupe Group
Rosa is the treasurer of the group and lives with her partner and their two children, who are students at the university.
Rosa has a small grocery store where she sells soft drinks, crackers, sweets, and other groceries. She is going to use the loan to buy more merchandise to sell to her customers. Rosa does not lack for customers. Many of them are her neighbors, since the store is located in her home. Others are families who go out to stroll in the park across from the store. With so many customers, Rosa works every day from 8 in the morning until 11 at night, but she is accustomed to it because she has always been a hard-working woman.
A large part of her income is destined for the education of her children, but she feels very happy to know that they are going to have careers.

This is a Group Loan
In a group loan, each member of the group receives an individual loan but is part of a larger group of individuals. The group is there to provide support to the members and to provide a system of peer pressure, but groups may or may not be formally bound by a group guarantee. In cases where there is a group guarantee, members of the group are responsible for paying back the loans of their fellow group members in the case of delinquency or default.
Kiva's Field Partners typically feature one borrower from a group. The loan description, sector, and other attributes for a group loan profile are determined by the featured borrower's loan. The other members of the group are not required to use their loans for the same purpose.
