Gideon is 36-years-old and lives in the town of Kaloleni in the coastal region of Kenya. He is single and has no children. For the past nine years, Gideon has been working hard to manage his retail shop where he sells rice, biscuits, soda, flour, etc.
To help expand his business, Gideon has requested a loan of 20,000 Kenyan Shillings from Yehu. The loan will be used to buy more cooking fat, rice, flour and other goods for his business and will help him to generate greater profits and allow him to buy more goods to sell. Gideon hopes that in the future he will be able to sell more quality products and open another retail shop.
