Samuel
Samuel is a young 30-year-old man, who is single and has no children. He is a retailer, and has a ready-to-wear clothing store in a neighborhood of the capital which he has managed for seven years. His warm welcome, creativity, good clothing advice and experience have enabled him to build up a considerable customer base.

The growth of Samuel’s customer base has brought problems, as he cannot meet demand because his capital is so low. This means he has to go and buy stock every weekend on a retail basis, and then return and resell this stock. This does not give him enough profit, and that is why a loan is so important for Samuel, as it will allow him to buy a bundle of clothing and shoes for his store. As a result, he will not only be able to satisfy his customers, but also make more profits. He plans to reinvest these profits in expanding his business.
