Our borrower's name is Matar. He has been fattening cattle for more than 30 years now. Cattle-fattening is an activity he has been involved in for almost all his life, having learned it from his parents.

Matar lives in a little village. This is his third loan with UIMCEC, and he is requesting a new loan of 250,000 CFA francs in order to buy two oxen that he will raise for seven to eight months before reselling them.

Matar has always provided for his family with the income he gets from his business. This is why he would now like to boost his activity in order to be able to give a start in life to his oldest son, by opening a grocery store for him.

Once his son has his own business, he will be able to help his father with the household expenses.
