Luma is the coordinator of the group Diyite of Piste 1, 2 & 3. He is single with four children. He lives in the northern region of Haiti, where electricity is scarce and water supplies are limited.

Luma has been running his business for the past 15 years. Prior to this, he sold foodstuffs and carbonated beverages. He would like to use this loan to invest in his business by stocking up on carbonated beverages.

Other group members require funding for business activities such as the sale of charcoal and various other products.
