Miguel and Roxana are a family with four children. Miguel works in the transportation business, working for a taxi company. His taxi route operates in the Fortaeza neighborhood. This area is located in the southern side of the city. This is fifteen minutes from where they live. He has worked in this area and this line of work for the past 10 years. The expenses generated by supporting his four children make the financial situation very difficult. He can only make enough money to buy daily bread, but not much else.

Miguel needs money to repair his taxi, which is in bad shape and deteriorated. The money he earns is barely sufficient to feed his family. with a repaired vehicle he will be able to improve his quality of life.
