Rath is 49 years of age and a single father who lives with his only son in Prey Chor district, Kompong Cham province. As he was born on the family farm, Rath has been farming rice as his major source of income for his whole life. He typically earns 8,000 KHR per day.
He wants to improve his farming business, which is why he is asking for a loan of 700,000 KHR to purchase fertilizers for his crop care. This will help Rath maintain a healthier rice crop, thus increasing his crop yields in harvest season. Rath will gradually grow his business towards the attainment of his goals, as he hopes to be a successful entrepreneur.
