Joyce is a 40-year-old who sells brooms made from palm fronds. In addition to this, she sells fish, especially during the afternoon hour up to the evening, after returning from selling her brooms, which she sells through door-to-door. She is a married mother of eight. She has been in this business for the last one month. She is a visionary woman who is always optimistic to move forward.
This is her first loan with Yehu and Kiva to finance her business. Joyce wants to incorporate a coconut selling business into her already existing businesses. She plans to purchase a sack of coconut for sale.
She will use the anticipated profits to repay her loan and to expand her business further. She hopes to have a bigger, more profitable business.
