The group is composed of six members, one of whom is Kharym. She is a single 26-year-old mother who has a beautiful six-year-old daughter. Every day she works selling food, which she delivers to workers in various factories. Due to her flavorful and skillfully-prepared dishes, she has come to be in high demand by her customers. In the future she would like to be able open a restaurant and thus continue with her business of selling food.

In a group loan, each member of the group receives an individual loan but is part of a larger group of individuals. The group is there to provide support to the members and to provide a system of peer pressure, but groups may or may not be formally bound by a group guarantee.
