Anicia tiene 53 años, es una mujer muy alegre, dinámica y emprendedora. Está casada con Arnaldo desde hace 26 años, con quien tiene siete hijos. Actualmente vive junto a su esposo y tres de sus hijos, en su casa propia, la cual logró construir con el apoyo de su cónyuge gracias a los años de trabajo y mucho sacrificio.

Su trabajo consiste en la venta de comidas y bebidas, lo cual realiza todos los sábados, domingos y feriados, en un espacio que acondicionó en su vivienda. Sus clientes principalmente son los docentes y trabajadores de las instituciones que realizan actividades deportivas cerca de su casa. Vende carnes a la parrilla, con yuca o papa, además de gaseosas y cervezas bien heladas que congela desde muy temprano en la refrigeradora que compró con sus ahorros de varios meses. Lleva en esta actividad cerca de 6 años y gracias a su buena sazón y su trato amable ha podido ganarse la preferencia de sus clientes. Trabaja con el apoyo de sus hijas quienes le ayudan en la atención y en el control de las cuentas. Lo que le gusta de su trabajo es que ella misma genera sus ingresos, pero su principal dificultad son las variaciones de los precios de los principales ingredientes que usa en la preparación de sus platillos, por lo que a veces su inversión también se incrementa.
