Damira
Damira is 45 years old, married, and has 4 children. For the past 3 years, as the main source of income for her family, Damira has been baking and selling bread - flatbreads made in a tandoor, a clay oven heated with wood and coal. Thanks to her business' profits, Damira has been able to build a home for her family and to prepare dowry for her two daughters. Presently, she delivers prepared breads in an old car, which requires daily repairs and many spare parts.

In order to continue successfully developing her business, Damira has turned to Bai Tushum & Partners for a loan of 100,000 som (KGS) to buy a new cargo vehicle for transporting her flatbreads to shops and markets. Damira would like to use a portion of her profits from this loan for her two youngest sons' education, and also to continue investing into expansion of her business.
