Gelasia is a 61-year-old married woman and a mother of 12 grown up children. She is from Bohol, Philippines. She has owned a tricycle transportation business for more than six years now. This provides her the income that she needs for their sustenance.
Gelasia has been a member of CEVI for several years now. She likes the services offered by the organization because it really helped her in improving her livelihood. As of now, she is requesting a new loan worth 18,000 PHP to buy spare parts and fuel for the tricycle. With this, the working condition of the vehicle will be revived to its normal condition.
Gelasia believes that if she will be provided with financial support through a loan, she will be able to improve their standard of living.
