Sophannarith is 26 years old. She is married and resides with one child in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia. She has been working in a garment factory for more than two years, earning approximately $3 daily. Her husband (who is joining her in the picture) runs a business charging batteries. He earns about $3 per day. Because the present generator is broken, Sophannarith is requesting a loan of $600 to purchase a new generator for her husband to run the charging service. In the future, she would like to expand the business and send her child to a good school.
