Oscar de Jesús de 53 años de edad del municipio el realejo un pequeño pueblo bastante pobre donde la mayor actividad económica es la ganadería. Oscar está casado con dos hijos de 20 y 16 años de edad. Se desempeña como obrero. Oscar está solicitando el prestamos para realizar mejoras en su casa de habitación las cuales consisten en repello y finos de paredes internas de la casa, mejoras que no las había podido realizar por falta de capital, ya que su salario no le permite invertir en dicho mejorar, y su única manera es de optar por el crédito.
