Doña Ana es una mujer viuda de 70 años, madre de 4 hijos en las edades de 38 a 52 años. Ella es una comerciante que se dedica a la venta de productos, mediante guías especializadas o catálogos, negocio que inició desde hace 10 años, pues siempre tuvo la vocación comercial y para no convertirse en una carga para su familia, decidió trabajar con su mayor potencial, que es el de vender. Su vivienda se encuentra ubicada en un sector muy transitado y este flujo de personas que por allí caminan, potencializan su venta diaria. Doña Ana vende artículos de miscelánea, como papelería, silletería, materiales de modistería, ropa y artículos de aseo personal. Sus ventas las realiza de contado y sus compras de la misma manera; ella diariamente abre sus instalaciones desde las 8 de la mañana hasta las 7 de la noche, cuando se va su último cliente y de lunes a domingo. Su negocio ha recibido un anterior crédito de la Fundación Mario Santo Domingo y con este logró aumentar su capacidad de compra, por eso está muy entusiasmada y actualmente esta aplicando a un credikiva, mediante el cual invertirá nuevamente en mecánica variada, como vestidos, productos de aseo personal y accesorios femeninos, que es la que mas se mueve en el mercado y esto hace que su inversión sea muy exitosa.
