Kefa is 42 years old and married with four-year-olds who are in school. To earn a living, he operates a mobile phone (M-pesa) money transfer business. He operates his business in a conducive environment with reliable customers. He has employed two people in his business.
He had previously acquired a loan from Faulu Kenya which helped him to pay school fees for his children. Kefa dreams of expanding his business in different locations and buying a plot of land in the future. He is requesting a loan of 100,000 KES to open another business.
