Kunduz is 54 years old, a widow and raised six children. She works as a social worker at the village "Dolono" council and, to provide additional source of income for her family, has been involved in farming and animal husbandry for five years, having started this business with a group loan from Bai Tushum. Thanks to Kunduz's hard work, today her business contains one dairy cow with offspring, fifteen small livestock and one horse, and the monthly profit from the business amounts to about 4,000 som (KGS). She also works on 1.8 hectares of land, where she grows beans, potatoes and perennial herbs. In order to further develop her business, Kunduz requested a loan in the amount of 100,000 som (KGS) from the "Bai-Tushum and Partners" company to buy dairy cows in order to increase milk volumes. She plans to invest the earnings from the loan into developing her business by building a hayloft and plans to install steam heating for her house.

Кундуз работает социальным работником в сельской управе «Долоно» и в качестве дополнительного источника дохода для своей семьи, на протяжении 5 лет занимается полеводством и животноводством, начав этот бизнес с группового кредита от Бай Тушум. Благодаря упорному труду Кундуз в ее хозяйстве на сегодняшний день имеется 1 дойная корова с приплодом, 15 голов мелкого рогатого скота, 1 лошадь, ежемесячная прибыль от хозяйства составляет около 4,000 сом (KGS). Также Кундуз обрабатывает 1,8 га земли, где выращивает фасоль, картофель и многолетние травы.
В целях дальнейшего развития своего бизнеса, Кундуз обратилась в компанию «Бай –Тушум и Партнеры» за кредитом в сумме 100,000 сом (KGS) на покупку дойных коров в целях увеличения надоев. Доходы от кредита Кундуз планирует вкладывать в развитие бизнеса посредством постройки сеновала, а в дом планирует провести паровое отопление.
