Le Banc Villageois And Jappo Keur Serigne Louga Est existe depuis le 27 décembre 2010, le groupe PC 02 est composé de trente sept femmes qui habitent la même ville, sont solidaires et ont pour activité principale le petit commerce.

Madame Diama la responsable est âgée de 32 ans; elle est mariée mère de quatre enfants dont une fille. Elle mène un commerce de tissus et capitalise une expérience de 18 mois.Sur la photo elle est debout à droite à l'extrême habillée en rouge jaune avec un châle mauve autour de la tête.

Elle achète ses tissus auprès d'une femme commerçante qui les ramène de Dubaï et revend dans la ville.

Avec son prêt elle envisage d'acheter des tissus pour une valeur de 200000 F en y mettant un apport personnel de 55000 F afin de gagner beaucoup de revenus.
