Lita tiene 49 años, es una mujer amable, muy buena y emprendedora. Su pareja es Tolentino, de 53 años, con quien tiene cinco hijos, de los cuales cuatro ya son mayores y gracias a sus sabios consejos son personas provechosas para la sociedad, sólo María, que tiene 15 años y es la única que aún depende de ellos para su educación.

La actividad principal de Lita es la venta de comida, lo que realiza en su casa, donde ha acondicionado un espacio cómodo para atender a sus comensales. Todos los días sale muy temprano al mercado en busca de los ingredientes e insumos frescos para preparar sus comidas. Lleva realizando este trabajo por 6 años, lo hace sola, ya que por el momento no considera necesario la ayuda de ningún personal. Le esta yendo muy bien, genera buenas ventas diarias y por tanto tiene buenos ingresos, los cuales utiliza para poder cubrir las principales necesidades de su familia.
