El señor José Antonio tiene 38 años, es casado con la señora Roxana y tiene 3 hijos dependientes los cuales están en un colegio fiscal de la zona, el cliente termino el colegio pero no logro entrar a la universidad por falta de recursos económicos, vivió con sus padres, los cuales decidieron quitarle la ayuda económica para que su hijo fuese mas independiente. Actualmente alquilo dos piezas junto a su esposa e hijos en la zona de Ticti Norte - Cochabamba, en la casa de su suegra. El solicitante trabaja en el servicio de transporte urbano, tiene 3 años de experiencia, trabaja de lunes a sábado, su principal gasto era el pago diario al dueño del vehículo por alquileres, pero esta situación cambio debido a que se compro su propio vehículo. El crédito que solicita el cliente es para el mantenimiento de su vehículo, esto con el fin de empezar a trabajar en buenas condiciones y no tener problemas. Esto le permitirá tener mejores ingresos y mejorar su nivel de vida.
