On his own initiative, with great dedication and enthusiasm, Jampier works each day as an operating worker for an agricultural export company in his city. Every morning he starts his work at an early hour, working about 12 hours. He believes it is going well for him thanks to his good performance and the friendly way he treats those around him.
Jampier is very grateful to the Kiva lenders, since thanks to the help provided to him, he will be able to complete work on his bedroom. He would like to carry out the plastering and painting and install the windows in his room. In this way he will be able to have a decent room in good condition, which will provide him with better security and well-being. He will continue working and putting forth effort to get ahead, and thus keep helping his family.
Por iniciativa propia, con mucho empeño y entusiasmo, día a día Jampier trabaja como obrero operario en una empresa agroexportadora de su ciudad, todas las mañanas desde tempranas horas inicia su labor, él puede laborar un aproximado de 12 horas y cree que le va bien por su buen desempeño y por el trato amable que brinda a los demás.
Jampier se encuentra muy agradecido con los prestatarios Kiva, ya que gracias a la ayuda brindada podrá realizar los acabados de su dormitorio, él desea poder hacer el tarrajeo, pintado y puesta de ventanas de su habitación; de esta manera él podrá contar con una habitación adecuada y en buenas condiciones, que brinden mayor seguridad y bienestar, así él seguirá trabajando y esforzándose para salir adelante y así seguir apoyando a su familia.
