El señor Rene es natural de la comunidad de Chaqui Kocha A 10 km al norte de Tiraque, actualmente vive en la comunidad con sus cuatro hijos a su cargo de el, la vivienda donde vive es construido de barro con techo de teja tipo rustico. La actividad a que se dedica es la agricultura que se dedica a producir papa, haba y cereales todo estos productos son producidos en los terrenos de herencia de su padre que actualmente vive con su esposa, el señor prácticamente el crédito que está solicitando es para comprar riego de agua para regar para poder incrementar la producción al año, así de esa manera de mejorar sus ingresos económicos para mantener su familia. En la zona donde vive el señor produce estacionalmente manifiesta que cosecha una ves al año la producción, y los trabajos agrícolas realizan con sus hijos en alguna casos con ayuda de sus vecinos en aine.
