Helene Crescance
Hélène is a married woman, 47 years old, who is the mother of three children, from 20 to 25 years old, all going to school. She opened a hair salon in her district in the capital. She has been running it for ten years already. Her business is doing well, thanks to her warm welcomes and her competence in this domain.

Hélène would like to increase her stock of cosmetic products in her space, so as to prevent customers from going over to the competition. She would also like to buy another hair dryer and some chairs to accommodate her customers more and to be diligent in providing her services. This will improve the quality of her services and to increase her profit margin.

She will reinvest part of her profits into her business with the goal of opening a center of cosmetology in the near future. The rest of the profits will enable her in part to meet the day-to-day needs of her family.
