Francisco es un joven panadero de 28 años de edad. Vive en pareja con Lilian hace 4 y aún no tienen hijos. Francisco comenzó a trabajar en la panadería de su papá a la edad de 15 años. Hace 5 años que trabaja por cuenta propia pero utilizando las maquinarias de su padre.
Comenta que su trabajo es muy sacrificado porque debe levantarse todos los días a las 03:00 a.m.para elaborar sus productos que consisten en todo tipo de panificados. Confiesa que su sueño a mediano plazo es montar su propia panadería totalmente equipada.
