Francisco is a young 28-year old baker. He has lived with his partner Lilian for four years; they don’t yet have any children. Francisco started work in his father’s bakery at the age of fifteen. Five years ago he opened his own bakery but using his father’s equipment.

He notes that the work is very demanding, as he has to get up every day at 3am in order to make bread and the other baked products that he sells. He admits to the dream of opening his own fully-equipped bakery in the not too distant future.

At this time he needs a loan to buy sacks of flour so that he can increase production and sell more bread and other baked goods.
