Nohemy de 37 años se dedica a la venta de comidas y refrescos en su casa ubicada en el municipio de Soledad, donde vive con su cónyuge y sus 3 hijos en las edades de 6 a 18 años. Ella tiene 12 años de experiencia en este negocio, desde que sus padres le ayudaron a emprenderlo inicialmente en un kiosco donde vendía refrescos, jugos naturales y productos empacados como papas y golosinas; hoy adicionó la venta de contado y a crédito de comidas, en un horario desde las 5 de la mañana, hasta las 10 de la noche. En la actualidad está aplicando a su financiamiento # 18, en la Fundación Mario Santo Domingo, porque necesita adecuar un dormitorio y el baño, para poco a poco organizar su vivienda, porque los ingresos provenientes del negocio están destinados al los gastos familiares y a su reinversión. Ella dice que la Fundación la ha apoyado durante 10 años y ella confía y está agradecida con esta organización, y e sabe la va a continuar apoyandola, para que su casa esté en las mejores condiciones posibles y todos en su familia encuentren un ambiente confortable, por lo bien organizada que a futuro estará.
