Emmanuel fait partie du groupe Horimbere et habite à Bujumbura. Il a 55 ans et est marié à Jeanne, commerçante des habits. Ensemble ils ont 7 enfants, âgés de 6 à 20 ans, tous étudient.

Il fait le commerce de boutique (haricot, riz, sucre,…) depuis 20 ans.

Il est à son neuvième crédit à Turame. Avec le crédit KIVA qu’il obtient, il va augmenter son capital et acheter une grande quantité de sucre, de riz, de haricot,… à revendre dans sa boutique, pour gagner plus.

Dans les prochaines années, il voudrait faire le commerce d’importation des marchandises en provenance de l’Ouganda, acheter un véhicule d’usage pour son commerce et il voudrait aussi faire l’élevage moderne.
