Don Guillermo tiene la edad de 58 años, casado, de oficio carpintero, padre de seis hijos, cinco casados y una soltera y trabaja en zona franca, Guillermo cuenta con su propia camioneta el cual compro con ahorros de su trabajo, y comienza a trabajarla en acarreo eso le permite poder tener otro ingreso que ayude a solventar los gastos básicos del hogar, alimentos, medicinas y el apoyo a sus hijos.
Guillermo ha venido mejorando su vivienda con estos financiamientos que ha logrado en Afodenic, por este medio, ya que los materiales están ah altos costos, hoy con este nuevo préstamo comprara: veinte laminas de zinc, diez perlines, cemento, arena, para terminar el techo, y cerrar los lados , logrando una mejor vivienda, seguridad e higiene para su familia.
