The communal association "19 de Julio" will begin the first cycle of Pro Mujer, as a part of the Focal Center of Los Andes. It has 6 members and it is directed by a board presided by Hilda. The businesses that the members of the communal association carry out are varied: knitting sweaters, sewing sweatpants, sewing aprons. The loan they will get will benefit small micro-entrepreneurs, including Hilda. She says it's the first time she is a member of Pro Mujer, and entered through an invitation of a promoter who went by her house to invite her. Currently she has a business of sewing aguayos (a Bolivian piece of cloth used for adornment). She says she started this business out of her own initiative. The loan she asking for now, is to increase her capital (buying fabrics), which she will acquire in the distributing stores and after producing them, she will sell them in the fairs of the city El Alto. This work allows her to generate resources to support her family, since she is married and has two children.

La A.C. “19 DE JULIO” iniciará el primer ciclo en Pro Mujer, como parte del Centro Focal de Los Andes, está compuesta por seis integrantes y está dirigida por una mesa directiva donde la señora Hilda es la Presidenta. Los negocios que las integrantes de la asociación comunal llevan adelante son variados entre ellos tenemos: tejido de mantas de chompas, costura de busos, costura de mandiles.

El crédito que sacaran beneficiara a pequeñas microempresarias donde la señora Hilda es una integrante, ella indica que es la primera vez que integra Pro Mujer, ingresando por invitación de una promotora de la institución que fue a su casa a invitarla. En la actualidad ella tiene un negocio de costura de aguayos; cuenta que este negocio lo emprendió por iniciativa propia

El crédito que ahora sacará es para la ampliación de su capital (compra de telas) mismo que adquirirá las tiendas distribuidoras y posteriormente a la elaboración lo comercializará elaborará a en las ferias de la Ciudad de El Alto. Esta forma de trabajo le permite generar recursos para apoyar en lo posible a su familia, pues ella es casada y tiene dos hijos.
