Zainabu is a hardworking, enterprising woman who operates a clothes selling business.She has been in this business for the last two years, selling from home. Thanks to her hard work and loans she’s managed to improve the business. She now requests a loan in the amount of KES 30,000.
She will use the loan to buy bundles of khangas to sell. Zainabu has a good credit reference and she hopes to repay her loan and acquire more loans to invest in her business. She is working hard to see that her dream of opening a boutique has been met. Zainabu is married to Mwachoro, a police officer. Together they have four school-going children.

This loan is administered by Yehu Microfinance Trust, which was founded in 1998 as a project of CHOICE Humanitarian Kenya. In July 2007, Yehu became a separate entity from CHOICE and was registered as a trust. Since then, Yehu has expanded to cover over half of Kenya’s 13 coastal districts.
