Rufino
When he was little Rufino started working with his father on the family farm. When he married Constantina his father gave him land as a gift so that he would be able to become independent with his new family.

In the beginning his wife helped him with the field work. However, after their first child was born she devoted herself full time to the household chores. Rufino now hires people to work on the farm. He personally supervises all of the work.

He produces an average of eight tons a year. He is requesting a loan for the next harvest to buy coffee plants and fertilizer for his plot of land. In three years he hopes that his farm is producing at 100% of its capacity as there are some areas that need to be sowed again.

In addition to his coffee production, Rufino is employed by his town. He also has a flower nursery, a business that is mainly handled by his wife.

Among Rufino’s personal goals is to make improvements to his house so that his family can live more comfortably.
