Michael is 34 years old and single. He owns a retail shop and the business has been profitable. Besides the retail business as his primary business, he also does farming and sells cash crops like maize, beans and potatoes.
This will be his second loan and he plans to use the loan to boost his farming business by buying fertilizer and seed for this planting season. In the future, Michael hopes to start a fertilizer-selling business.
