Zuma lives in the Kongowea area of Coast province, Kenya. He has three children, two of whom attend school. He owns a tailoring shop which he has been operating for four years. He learned about Milango through a friend and has an aim of accessing credit to improve his business operations. The challenge he is facing is lack of enough funds.
Zuma is applying for a loan of 31,500 Kenyan shillings to buy more materials for making dresses and trousers and equipment needed for his tailoring shop. The extra income from the loan will be added to his savings to improve the living standard of his family. His plan for the future is to open other tailoring shops.
