Felicidad is 53 years old and married to Cervando, and together they have 3 children, two of whom are independent, while their youngest daughter is studying a technical career. Felicidad lives in the town of La Villain the province of Punata, where they live in their own home, and her principal activity is the production of raw milk. She has several head of cattle for milking, whose products she takes to a company that is involved in the production of dairy products, and her husband works in agriculture. In the same region where they live, they have several parcels of agricultural land which produce onions, potatoes, and broad beans. In spite of their age, they continue to work long hours.

The intended purpose of the loan is for buying fodder, since it's the time of year when there is a scarcity of natural fodder, and what her customer wants is an increase in production, and in this way she will avoid a shortage of fodder during the dry months and her cattle will have the same nutrition and continue to produce the same amount of milk. Among her goals is to see her daughter find a white-collar career for that she will have a better quality of life.

La señora Felicidad tiene 53 años está casada con el señor Cervando tienen 3 hijos de los cuales dos son independientes y la hija menor está estudiando una carrera técnica, la señora Felicidad vive en la comunidad de la Villa de la provincia de Punata, viven en su casa propia y su principal actividad es la producción de la lecha cruda, cuenta con cabezas de ganado lechero cuyo producto entrega a una empresa que se dedica a la elaboración de productos lácteos y el esposo se dedica a la agricultura, en la misma zona donde viven cuentan con varias parcelas de terrenos agrícolas donde produce Cebolla, Papa y haba, a pesar de su edad ambos siguen trabajando mucho. El destino del crédito es la para la compra de forraje, ya que esta temporada hay bastante escases de forraje y lo que la cliente desea es acumular y de esa manera no tendrá escases de forraje en la temporada de sequía y su ganado tendrá la misma alimentación y continuara produciendo la misma cantidad de leche. Entre sus mentas esta ver a la hija con una carrera profesional para que ella pueda tener un mejor nivel de vida.
