José, se dedica al cultivo y a la venta de plátanos, vive con su padre en la misma vivienda, él está soltero, tiene cuatro años de estar produciendo en el negocio, lo aprendió al comprar un terreno donde cultivan plátano al ver este cultivo fue de su agrado y por lo mismo se esmero en aprenderlo y seguir desarrollandolo.

Solicita un préstamo para poder realizar la siembra en la finca de plátanos ya que quiere aprovechar el terreno para continuar en la producción, pagara los mozos y comprara abono para aplicarlo, esto le ayudará para que tenga una fuente de ingreso y de trabajo, ademas poder abastecer el mercado, espera no tener riesgos durante la producción y sus ganancias serían mayores ya que él terreno es propio.

La aspiración de él es crecer en el mercado teniendo la oportunidad de proveer a quienes se dedican al menudeo de la venta de plátanos y poder mejorar su condición en el trabajo y sus ingresos personales.
