Sra. Wendy is a single mother with two children in her care. She works as a part-time teacher at the Colegio Fe y Alegría in the town of Colcapirhua, generating a salary of 550 Bs. She owns a radio taxi that she was able to acquire through the fruit of her labor. It is in good condition because she has periodic maintenance done on it. She receives an income of 90 Bs. daily from this taxi, which her brother operates as taxi-driver.

Wendy needs a small loan to refurbish her humble abode which is located in an area peripheral to the city of Cochabamba. She has come to our institution for the loan and we facilitated a KIVA loan for her and she is very grateful, especially to KIVA for channeling micro loans to people with economic needs who can use them to help improve their economic situation and gain access to a better quality of life.

La señora Wendy es madre soltera, tiene dos hijos a su cuidado, ella trabaja como Profesora medio Tiempo en el Colegio Fe y Alegría del municipio de Colcapirhua generando un ingreso de 550 Bs., posee un radio taxi que pudo adquirir con el fruto de sus esfuerzos. Que se encuentra en buen estado ya que ella le hace mantenimiento periódico, ella percibe de este taxi una renta diaria de 90 Bs. que es manejado por su hermano como chofer. Ella requiere un pequeño préstamo para hacer refacciones en su humilde casa que está ubicada en una zona periférica de la ciudad de Cochabamba. Para ello recurrió a nuestra institución , quien le facilitó un crédito del proyecto KIVA por lo cual ella está muy agradecida, en especial a KIVA por canalizar micro préstamos a personas con necesidades económicas que además les sean de ayuda para mejorar su situación económica y acceder asi a una mejor calidad de vida.
