Florencia tiene 33 años de edad, vive en Bolivia en el Departamento de Cochabamba estudio hasta el nivel primario no pudo culminar sus estudios, no contaba con recursos económicos en su familia, es casada y no convive mucho con su marido ya que él viaja constantemente a Chile pero le ayuda con los gastos familiares, de lo cual tiene 3 pequeños hijos, uno de sus hijos estudia esta en el nivel básico y los otros dos son pequeños. Florencia se dedica a la comercialización por mayor y menor de frutillas y verduras, desde muy temprano de la mañana ella viaja a Pocona para traer su mercadería para su comercialización, durante su viaje les deja a sus hijos a cargo a su cuñada. El crédito que solicita es para capital de operación, ya que ella quiere crecer con su negocio de comercialización y así mejorar sus ingresos familiares y darles una mejor vida a sus pequeños hijos.
