Elle exerce cette activité dans sa boutique et travaille sans l’aide de personnes. Pour renforcer son commerce, Essénam qui vient de connaitre WAGES sollicite son premier crédit afin de s’acheter des mèches, des tissages, des pagnes et des produits cosmétiques. Elle souhaite ainsi réinvestir le surplus de son revenu dans ses activités tout en espérant que son activité prospèrera et qu’elle puisse subvenir aux besoins de sa future famille.
