The communal bank “Santa Bárbara” was formed when some neighbors from the city of Santaní got together. Their group works together in an atmosphere of collaboration and mutual help. These women are the heads of their households, and they help their families through their work.
One of the members, the president of the group, is Sra. María Estela. For a long time she has made her living by sewing. She is a very hardworking person who wants to get ahead. She says that she makes all types of high quality garments. The quality is why her business has been going so well.
Sra. María Estela wants to keep growing her business, which is why she is requesting the loan. She has a lot of orders that she would like to fill. She wants to purchase fabric, elastic, buttons and other supplies.

El comité “Santa Bárbara” se formó con la unión de varias vecinas de la ciudad de Santaní, donde todas ellas trabajan dentro de un ambiente de colaboración y ayuda mutua, son mujeres jefas de familia que ayudan a los suyos por medio de su trabajo.
Una de las miembros y presidenta del grupo es la señora María Estela, quien se dedica a la costura hace ya un buen tiempo, es una persona muy trabajadora y que desea salir adelante. Cuenta que hace la confección de todo tipo de prendas y que son de muy buena calidad, por lo que le está yendo muy bien.
Ella desea seguir creciendo, y es por ello que solicita el crédito, pues tiene muchos pedidos y le gustaría poder cumplir con ellos, quiere comprar telas, gomas, botones, y demás insumos.
