Nos cuenta que produce 40 a 50 litros de leche por día y de lo que sobra al día produce los quesos que son vendidos hace como mínimo 25 kilos de queso por semana. Además de eso nos cuenta que tiene una buena cantidad de ganado que le ayuda a trabajar y tener sus productos. El es una persona muy trabajadora y que tiene muchas ansias de seguir trabajando y progresando.
