Mom is 44 years old. She is married and resides with five children in Takeo Province, Cambodia. Mom has been a farmer since 1980, earning income around 1 USD per day. Her husband has been a construction worker in Phnom Penh city since 2008, earning profit about 3 USD. Two of her children are workers in garment factories, earning income around 6 USD per day. Each month, she has to spend 30 USD on food, 5 USD on utility expenses, and about 30 USD on other expenses.
Mom is requesting a loan of 800 USD to purchase cattle to resell. This loan will help her family to get more profit. In the future, she hopes she can open a grocery store in front of her house, build the toilet behind the house, and support her children to finish university.
