Pedro Pablo
Pedro, 31, works in sports fishing and aquatic tours in his native Libertad. He started this business since he was very young; when he got married at the age of 18 and acquired responsibilities his father taught him to handle boats so that he could manage them and provide a stable future for his family. With the passage of time, aquatic tourism grew so he decided to leave fishing aside and go into the excursion business. He works with an assistant’s help from Monday through Friday from 9am until 5pm. He charges $5.00 per person on his boat and for sports fishing he charges $35.00. This covers the cost of fishing rod rental and bait used plus the waiting time involved in enjoying this sport. He’s been in this business for several years so the loan requested is to buy a more powerful engine as well as modern fishing rods to improve service. In the future he plans to make improvements to the house he was able to buy recently to improve the living conditions he offers his family.
