Marisol
Marisol is thirty-eight years old and is a very good, friendly, and hardworking woman. She has been separated for four years from the father of her only daughter Jyody, who is twelve years old and in school. It is for her that Marisol works hard, since she wants to provide her with a good education and a better future. Currently they live in her parents' house.

She makes her living selling beauty products. She does this from home or on the streets, working alongside her friends and acquaintances. When she started, six years ago, it was difficult for her to be successful, since she didn't know very much about how to attract customers. However, in time she learned sales techniques and was thus able to make progress and become a successful vendor.

Additionally, five years ago she had radio equipment installed in her house so that she can provide a service whereby people can communicate with their relatives or friends who are in remote areas.

What she likes most about her work is that she can have time to do all the things that she wishes, and the fact that she is able to provide her daughter with enough attention. Things are going well, since the income has allowed her to plan for the future.

This is her first loan with MFP, and she is very happy to know that she will be able to obtain support in order to grow her business. She promises to make her repayments according to schedule, and she is very satisfied with her communal bank, since they are all responsible people and have a great deal of solidarity.

With the funds she is seeking, 600 nuevos soles, she will buy beauty products such as perfumes, face and body creams, talc, cosmetics and other accessories to have in stock and increase the variety of products that she offers to her customers.
